Every Prathistha order ships free across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.
Each kurti is inspected, folded by hand, and dispatched from Jaipur within 1–2 working days of your order. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details on email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is on its way.

If a piece isn't right for you, please contact our customer care team — write to us at hello@prathistha.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.
Please note: hand block-printed fabric carries small variations in print and colour. These are the signature of a handmade piece, not defects — though we're always happy to talk if something feels off.
